Looking good for Chinese New Year

So in about 2 weeks it’s about the time to celebrate 2015’s Chinese New Year!
Me being a very last minute shopper, has always found reasons to delay my shoppings until the very “you either buy it or you will die” timing.
If you are like me, fret not, I’ve found a couple of things that might give you inspirations to what you can possibly consider to wearing this Chinese New Year!
I know picking clothes can be stressful, especially when it’s an occasion when plenty of photos of you will be taken by over enthusiastic photo snapping parents/ relatives. Chinese New Year food? Of course you’ll eat anything you deem yummy since it’s only a once a year occasion yea hahah. So erm, what can you wear to make sure you look good for this Chinese New Year?
I’ll start with the reds, since red is the an auspicious color for this time of the year.
I’ve mostly found these clothes on either Topshop or Forever 21 just because it’s shops def alot of people find easier to access

Of course the clothes I picked show less skin(don’t want unnecessary nagging ey) but are def comfortable wearing even after having 2 rounds of lunch.

As for makeup, you’d need to find something that’s sweat proof because the weather during Chinese New Year can get pretty intense. These are the items I highly recommend that works way better than all the other products during those hot arvo!
